was the son of George Nicholas III (Ni4) of Shelbyville, Ky.,  and Mary Anna Pope (Po4) and grandson of US Congressman Patrick Henry Pope (Po5)

Born: 20 Nov. 1864 Died: 6 June 1942 Buried: Worden studied theology, presumeably at Centre College in Danville, Kentucky, and became a minister of the church in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. Here Presumably the Presbyterian Church there. Married: married 7 Oct. 1891 Lulu Allen Cherry
